Help!

Heyyy!
This is my first blog and I'm sooo confused! I don't understand how to use this! Sigh..... it will come with time I suppose. My friend made me get this!!!! But anyways, I need help! How do I change my name or write on other blogs or anything!! Any blogger experts that can teach me everything I need to know!!!! :)
